2. Selection of Polos and Thread Colors
We’ll help you choose the polo shirts that best fit your needs, including style, fabric, and color. You’ll also select the thread colors that match your logo or design.
3. Sample Creation
Before we begin the full production run, we’ll create a sample sew out with your embroidered design. This allows you to see how the finished product will look and make any necessary adjustments.
4. Embroidery Production
Once you approve the sample, we’ll move on to embroidering the entire order. Our high-speed, multi-needle embroidery machines will efficiently stitch your design onto each polo. The fabric is hooped to keep it taut, ensuring precise and consistent embroidery.
5. Quality Control
Each polo is inspected to ensure the stitching is consistent and of high quality. We’ll check for any issues such as thread breaks, misalignment, or color discrepancies.
6. Final Inspection and Delivery
After passing quality control, your polos are neatly folded and packaged for delivery. We’ll arrange for shipping or pickup, ensuring your embroidered polos arrive on time and ready to wear.
